3. Application Features

   1. Search and Save

      The application allows searching and saving restaurants. Search results are displayed on a map. Users can save restaurants to their profile.

   2. Reviews and Comments

      Users can publish reviews and comments about restaurants. Reviews must be based on real experiences. Reviews must be objective and non-discriminatory. Publishing false or misleading reviews is prohibited. Reviews must not contain:

      • Offensive or vulgar language
      • Personal information of third parties
      • Unauthorized promotional or advertising content
      • Irrelevant external links

      The application reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews. Users can report reviews that violate these rules by sending an email specifying the user and comment to be reported.

   3. Social Features

      Users can search for and follow other users. Comment visibility is limited to followers. Users can set their profile as private. Follow requests for private profiles require approval. Saved content is visible only after accepting the follow request.

4. Privacy and Personal Data Management

      The user retains ownership of published content and grants a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, free, and worldwide license to:

   3. Content Usage

6. Account Deletion

      • Via the "delete account" button in the personal profile
      • By sending an email request specifying the email associated with the account

   2. Deletion Process

      • Deletion is irreversible
      • All personal content is deleted
      • Published reviews remain visible as "Anonymous User"
      • Data is retained for the minimum period required by law

   3. Effects of Deletion

      • Immediate loss of account access
      • Removal from follower lists
      • Deletion of saved content
      • Inability to recover data after deletion

7. Limitations of Liability

   1. The application is provided "as is" and does not guarantee:

      • Service continuity
      • Absence of errors
      • Accuracy of information provided by users

   2. The application is not responsible for:

      • User-generated content
      • Direct or indirect damages arising from application use
      • Service interruptions

8. Changes to Terms

   1. The application reserves the right to modify these terms at any time

   3. Continued use of the application after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms

9. Applicable Law

   1. These terms and conditions are governed by the Italian laws in force from time to time.
   2. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, and resolution of these terms and conditions, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
   3. For anything not expressly provided for in these terms and conditions, the Italian laws in force from time to time shall apply.
